Our manufacturing unit has an expansive array of products and services that we offer in the orthodontic market. This includes all kinds of sheet metal parts, brackets, wires, MIM parts, and a lot more. We have a team of professionally trained experts who become your area of contact with all that we have to offer.
A highly experienced team of designers and engineers who are known for their professionalism, expertise in the field employ their ability to complete time-bound tasks and finish your products in limited timeframes. We have a team of managers that takes care of the processes of MIM manufacturing, mold making, and the manufacture of wire products and sheet metals. The parts and products created by our team are thoroughly examined for ultimate precision and are delivered in time.
The MIM or the Metal Injecting Model is an intricate and specialized procedure that brings together two very essential and advanced technologies such as powder metallurgy and plastic injection molding that are tested for the production of accurate orthodontic parts, which are shaped intricately to suit the product’s necessity. This process involves the fine metal powders which are mixed with thermoplastic binders which are followed up by the processes of molding the cavities of the powder feedstock which is followed by debinding of the thermoplastic binders. The final process of sintering involves the heating of parts in a protected atmosphere so as to produce metallurgical bonds in between the powder particles. This densifies the powder and reduces its size.
This Metal Injection Molding Process is more effective in terms of offering mechanical properties that seem to lack in other die cast materials and plastic injection model. MIM is pocket friendly and has a mechanized alternative to laborious casting processes that reduces investment and maximizes efficiency. The process is adept enough to create intricate geometric designs and is used in place of automated apparatuses or elaborate assembly of parts. It is the perfect option for the production of products that require careful detailed and fragile cross sections.
The process condenses assembly of elaborate, intricate parts and thus minimizes the cost. This is done by the combination of simpler shapes into one complicated whole. The designs are flexible, and it helps produce several complex geometrical parts without any secondary mechanisms which would otherwise be needed in traditional metal processes. The removal of all this secondary machinery by the provision of net shape components reduces a lot of waste. We focus on the intricacies of the design and go for details such as threads, undercuts, complex curved surfaces, slots, and dovetails. The parts that are created with the help of the Metal Injection Molding process have wrought material properties and thus being resistant to corrosion, possessing greater strength and excellent magnetism.
We also have a unique in-house wire drawing service which creates Nickel Titanium alloy wires, Nitinol wires, and stainless steel wires. The wires are processed to offer great strength, memory, and elasticity. The manufacturing unit gives you an array of choices to develop products that are budget friendly as well as exemplary in terms of their functionality
